The above link. The third solo album from the Chilean-American multi-instrumentalist and vocalist. A founding member of several bands, including the alternative rock group Eleven(who did some amazing albums) and has been involved with acts such as Queens of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, PJ Harvey, Chris Cornell, Arctic Monkeys, Mark Lanegan and The Desert Sessions, both as a musician and as a producer…..What make me smile is a thousand years ago the original guitarist from Red hot chili Peppers and their bass player (who at that time was playing trumpet) was in one of his formative bands.
A note to say been really enjoying Chester Himes writing a true gem of a writer. Never made any noise whilst alive. He did serve some time inside prison and was way ahead of the ordinary. A hard life he had. The above book deals with his time in Prison. Most famous for crime comedy type caper which also got made into a film….A Rage in Harlem.

We have done more shows then we even can think about somewhere in the region of “too many” or “far too many”. I will keep playing Live for another three years. Like to still play live. I enjoy playing with my bands. Solo I also love but it can go insane as “the filter is off” and I don’t care if I entertain or annoy the audience.

Reality. It is a cruel world.
Nature is amazing.
We have to try and protect mother earth and slow down the machine which is all powerful and controlled by angry cold blooded humans.
Our moral duty to stand with speak for the oppressed throughout the world and make sure we speak truth to power. AS we live in privilege and have the ability to speak suggest cajole persuade and bring about change.
However small and slow it will be.
