East End Trinity is our electric Rock band and we are a band and we have now been together about 10 years we have done 3 albums. The chap pictured above is Justin Hettereley who is known as “Wing co” great bass player songmaker topp bloke and a inspiration to all of us.
We began that unit 2006 as i was bored with playing purely acoustic guitar, after all my first love is Rock and Roll. Loud Rock and Roll via African American blues based music. I love all forms of music but nothing i like more then loud Rock and roll. We began with Andi Bridges the drummer in that unit to do some tracks and play electric guitar and also to scream in the dark louder. One can scream louder to a distorted electric guitar it kinda captures the screams of the mothers when they see their children killed oppressed and brutalised,whilst most of the world does not care and because injustice can keep on growing and violent men and women thirst for control can continue to increase…. https://babarluck.bandcamp.com/track/schooldays
Babar Luck is a musical force. East End Trinity is loud Rock and Roll So when you see that name Babar Luck and what other bands surround that name you can use your intelligence to figure out what kind of sound Wil emanate from that. East End Trinity wil play that show. We play for Chris Fishlock promotions in Bristol on Sep 18th 2021. He is a genuine guy and actually and this may come as a surprise, likes the music he promotes. Take heed businessmen and women it is always frustrating life and what we have to do to survive. It is lot easier to work with and around humans who like and respect us. We are teachers now as i say, elders need to stand up sadly many elders throughout the world no matter in what field don’t work with or around humans who like and respect them. This increases sadness depressions and the resentment that builds up and it Wil explode or implode. We can break the chains that tie us. We can with courage be honest and do our dance. The picture above is possibly the front cover of our next East End Trinity album it features two other musicians one of them is the guitar axeman Azam Khan who has played on 3 of the 4 albums we have done. Mr. Khan has his own albums out there playing his progressive blues based Rock and Roll. The other chap is Mark “The Hook” Mellor who is a dear friend me and he are pictured above. With me he plays keyboards and vocals assists with lyrics. Incidently he has also played on another album of mine. I wrote about him the other week. Cowards use guns as i have always stated and i have told many coward that fact exactly. Because I don’t carry weapons or encourage the use of that in any capacity. I have told everybody who cares to listen to learn some form of self defence and also to practice that regularly. To also study and learn breath control. To sit in silence and alone to think of good things to visualise peaceful gentle ideas and their peaceful and gentle conclusions.
The chap above is a Kinspirit he is playing riddim guitar in our live East End TRINITY 2021 unit. I oft discuss that chap. We also do a duo acoustic act again something else to chk soon come – Canning Town is important to me i was raised there from 8 -15 years that heart and that spirit make me what i am. I stil go to that place and i still have friends in that area.
Most importantly keep very close eye on your inner circle and those around because usually the people you know or their circles you choose to be in will harm you. It is the sad truth. I have witnessed and heard enough horror stories to confirm that. So be around those who like and respect you. That is crucial and if you don’t know what that means look listen and learn. It is good to be alone from time to time not all the time because that makes one sad. Reading writing drawing making things walking in nature non competitive sport cooking learning that when we can be alone we can then be with others. Always remember as a very wise women once told me “A fake friend is like two enemies”.
