The picture on the poster was taken by a Asian man who works as a journalist National papers. He is a Muslim and is more “Gora” (white man) then I. Westernized. He and I shared the pain of the hate and the work it takes to work. We have both done very well. To be honest. We can play the game.

I have not played the Game for many moons now. I stick to being honest. As that makes me feel content. It does make fiscal difficulties. I am used to that….hmmm…

I have to say that picture below is a brilliant one. A dear friend and rock music lover with his family in Turkey. He is also a West ham fan the football team. He also is aware of the Genocide that has taken place in Palestine as well as the Genocides that have taken place in history/herstory since time began. That is nothing new. Nor should you feel guilt or shame for not mentioning it. Or vocalizing it. Cowardness is pragmatic. History/Herstory tells us many brave men and women keep their mouths shut. As that will not cause them any harm. Their bosses and their “friends”wont feel attacked….it is wise to keep quiet be a good little robot. For many live from paycheck to paycheck…week in week out…

There is a scene at the end of the film that me blood mentioned in that book that was made into a film. Where the the Warriors return to their “endz” after loosing many in their gang and they jump on a train. As the train move from station a bunch of lets say “Privileged fraternity types get on ” and the “partner” of the leader goes to adjust her clothes as they have been running for their lives. He gently holds her hands to not do it. That scene is all about remembering if you are poor or struggling or simply lost you are still equal to anyone on this earth. There is no shame in being poor. There is no shame in being a different color. There is no shame in being a different faith. We are all equal never forget that. Art and life life and Art.

I was very happy to be there it was a treat. Alain Johannes is the chap in the band that I know. Through my friend TJ. All about healing and how powerful music can be to do that.

I have to say what we have witnessed last four years and what I look back on occurred in south Africa and simply to say South Africa is still in extreme change and a very volatile place for most in that nation. A gentle reminder as and when humans can agree to be peaceful and sort their issues and make justice. It still takes a vast amount of time in years and decades to resolve differences. To make a just society. To even out the chaos. To make life easier for all. So if humans want to make peace they should know real peace takes many many decades. Justice is a cake that is oft burnt. I implore humans to have forgiveness develop empathy and sorrow and sadness are good human traits they evoke in us change. As is a harsh word or two dare I say some deserve a slap. Love makes love. I am a work in progress I am very far from contentment or calm or evenness. But I try. The trying ballet continues……

Below a reminder to find things to do that help one to relax and to de stress one self (as we live in the decadent ruling western culture that dominates other cultures and clings onto power and material comforts I cling on as well we have a abundance of EVERYTHING a great deal of it stolen and took from others we consider “weaker” then US hmmm….) it does not need to be physical workouts sweaty activities it can be more calm gentle pursuits…..

Trying to be discreet and subtle. The picture of me with a trophy it is for the “sportgame” SNOOKER. A love of mine. I am not Xintong or Wu Yize the last two Snooker world champions. But I need some activity nothing too arduous but some refuge some shelter some cave. MY eyes in the picture above looked very ancient. I whited them out. I have been having a go in several competitions with great failure. So I had to calm down take it easy So I got a proper “tool” a Cue the stick that one hits the balls with. I also started to not play so hard I was whacking it very hard. Deep breaths visualizing success playing twice a week if possible. The competition has a handicap system like in Golf (If one is aware of that “sportgame”). To make it more even just and fair. So everyone can have a chance of winning. I was very fortunate and lucky n this competition and managed to win. I did used to play seriously when 13/14 years old that was the last time I won a trophy.

Then Music took over my existence.

It is good to have some thing else that one does apart from the thing that one does.

The reasons why we do what we do for all the children on this planet. There is no greater inspiration then that. Once one loves all humanity and does not see the difference between a baby here or a baby there …..The LUCK world is about that.

Even for me it is not easy working with those one loves and wants let alone working with different tribes and humans who feel to make war with me I simply don’t want to fight them but they still make war …I write poetry and make music the theater and the art is confused by many to mean I am tough or a warrior I am a worrier and a dreamer and simply not a practical person …I make music in abundance. The chap above sought me out. He knew at the time what I needed. A drummer/percussionist who was reliable and some ways recognized my diverse talent and I was not doing very well at that time on return from The Aboriginal land a Black nation (where i was living a love story with a unhappy ending but also great joy of our child) In that world before the European committed genocide and ethnic cleansing 250 diff languages and 800 dialects – People of all colors and backgrounds at some point in history have done some serious evil. That never excuses it. It points it out. It ails those who do it more then those hurt. I doubt if one would willingly want to be exterminated.

Musicians make music. Some of us do it all independently as that means we have complete control. We have never got grants or art council help in this life (filling out forms online and contracts online…not a strength). I have been turned down by my entrepreneurial friends. The pubic school(public school) boys and girls are still helping me from time to time, those that are not offended by me. The lower and upper middle class have assisted. We live in class based very divided society and each distrusts and even hates the other.

In general many know my music and I am honored to do it my way. It ain’t kool and it is not hip simply sexy wild and alluring like myself. Seek and find.

Music is free I am told but it should always be free. Those that speak that tend to have managers agents and financial assistance. Possibly have something to fall back on like a trade a job.

But I am born into this made to do this built for this. I try and stick to music. I use my musical skills to earn money as mr Scrimshaw used to say. “That is YOUR trade you are VERY good musician”. Scrim is also another character more odd then most. Always love to that chap because most of the guitars I have used have been handled by scrim. He is retired and keeping a good distance. Helping musicians is a financial risk. I suggest don’t.

Above a bird in Finland my friend sent. I have traveled solo crucially for many years last 7 years I have calmed down and slowly disengaging.

But we want money and we need to work.

WE need sales and shows.

We need to be on a stage instead of in a cage.

Hard to be excited about music most of you have never heard. We are not good at selling our music and even letting humans know about it. The fact we are working with other humans and they devote a great amount of Time. Time is all we have. So what little is left let’s make most of it.

On that point a genuine music lover or two have requested for some re-issues of of East End Trinity albums. Here they are. 22 years in the making. The first three. Electric Rock. Soon to be get able from website. I have a bunch in me dusky hands.

The first three albums. I recall it took about 4 years to make the first one. As had chosen Andi (drummer) to be with me. We were not in a rush then. I was also asking a great deal of Andi. He was also asking a lot of me in those long days around 2006/2007

I was tired of playing exclusively acoustic for about 4 years after the last band i was in had disbanded. They got back together after a few years. I did not wish to reconvene. Wished them the best and still do. Great talent and good vibes to them always. Since then I have been making all sorts of music. Independently and usually controlling all that goes on. I like to have control don’t we all…..???

The East End Trinity are a band and our albums we do make great effort for them to sound great as possible. WE also have amazing musical guests. Hidden and buried in those albums. Do investigate. Also do enjoy Justin “wing co” musicality on the bass and the great Ideas that Andi brings. I do do the lions share of songs and words but other two do have their moments to control. We are a band.

The reason we do anything. for the next generations. My children are adults now and always loved. Regardless of how things are with them. They know who I am and they are always loved by me. I do value friends and families all across this spectrum of life. Above a child born on the 13th and some sort of a eclipse. Bless them on their journey.

Above three children and a mother. Mr Mirza and his large family I have known on and off most since we were teens. He is a dutiful and caring father and husband. He also supports the hammers regardless of our recent form. And yes we want a world to be better for all the children not just the select few.

Above a very cheeky chap and another area of the uk I do frequent. I have some very good times there. The stages in that area I can voice how I feel. More openly then other places. It is important to be able to express one self. I am aware each stage requires a diff set of tools.

That’s the Babar Luck World Citizen folk Band. WE had a great show wknd gone with Azam Khan in support. Thanks to those alternative areas and ends where we can sing our songs. Alternative ideas need support and venues to sing them in. Ideas like we share …….

We all need a producer. WE musician’s need places to record. Also sometimes we build a musical friendship that is all about music. Not our culture our ideas or where we are at. Music surpasses those cages we make to separate. Me and mr Hardy have been at it for a while. He has done a few albums with me. He has also played cricket at a higher standard then I and also football. His football team are actually doing worse then ours. Both football teams are in the mire….Nuff said.

There are many other channels on the internet. There is vast information to be had. There are many dedicated journalist and humans on street level as well singing the names of the fallen. Also making sure they are on the right side of history. It is about sides. It is about taking action and it is about consequences of our choices. We are all complicit in the world WE make.

Don’t let thing overwhelm one. Take time to build a world within this world and if you are fortunate to be counting blessings and thanking whatever force on this earth protects us. Or simply it is fate and chance hmmm…..I am trying to be nice…

Great to be at Rebellion music festival in 2026. I played solo. Thanks to Wah and G for suggesting n Daz for allowing. I was and still am hoping to play with our electric rock band East End Trinity on a sat or a sun in the future. I shall continue to remind anyone related to that scene of what the band would love to do. Couple of recent videos of that band. Two messaged me when I got there in Blackpool 2026 . Both knows if I was not prodded I would sit still and alone in the corner till my time to play then I would simply leave. I found one not the other.

AS i say there are many weeks in a year and many times I am sitting alone . So feel free to all that know me that I am around then to converse. I am excitable also if the mood is right. I can be inspired.
