Hunger strikers throughout history have had what they would perceive very good reasons. To deny oneself food is powerful statement in this land of abundance. Please look at the recent history of those who have done this act of defiance.

That above in endemic of the rise of cruel nasty cold blooded patriotism that aligns itself with fascism…all OVER the world …

The point being our governments are controlled by uncaring cold blooded Oligarchs the super rich the super powerful. Money is their God or some other deity they NEED some text that will explain their madness…They want more.

They simply will do anything say anything to win. Those who comply or feel they can “work with” are truly mistaken. History shows that those “gifts” or “allowances” or “UN legislature” will not assist them and will end up as victims of those they tried to appease.

There must be a many views and angled commitment to oppose these very cruel very well organized structures. Many are trying. Amongst the “elites” there are some worthy voices sadly they still feel being “embedded” to those that kill innocent children constantly will some way stop doing exactly that. That stratagem does not work. There must be communication and diplomacy when there is some valid point or genuine concern on BOTH sides.

The beauty of resistance is many fold the bullies and the victors love to chant sing joy full noises but they are complicit. The indigenous nations exist still and not only will they survive they will resist. No treaty or paperwork or contract is required there will not willingly give up what they believe or what is what they perceive to be theirs.

Generational trauma. What a lovely sweet language. It simply means those who bashed your grandparents possibly are bashing you now. OR did your grandparents build a world or comfort and materialism for ones selfish benefit. Or did they wish to be greater then more then they were?

The last 2 years have shown to me who is willing and who is simply weak and lying and trying to pretend that their government is ok. That they will leave the leaders to do what they want? Friends I have very few BUT my family is universal.

We don’t laugh with those that laugh with those who will kill our children simply because of the place that they were born. Or what faith or skin they may have.

There will be consequences for the choices many close and far have made.

Those who know it will feel it. Or one can just admire the determination the courage of those who are not strong who need protection who simply need to live and be well. We will not tolerate those who want to admire bullies or cruelty or clap along to sadistic abuse.

WE abhor all violence. I have been bullied and I have bullied. I know how violence is how addictive and powerful it makes one feel. I know and cry with those who have been that way. But I know they can change. I know some who have.

There are no rewards and prizes in fighting oppression and bullies or the victims of violence. It simply must be our moral duty. To be peaceful to be loving and to protect those who cant protect themselves. We have to defend and must without cliches or watering down what that is.

I rather bear hug.

That’s what we all need. In the REAL world.

I have sought forgiveness for my mistakes and errors to those who I have loved while they are alive.

Forgiveness can be given when there is changed behavior.

10 new songs. Made with love for all humanity. It is all about fighting against violence and oppression and I took inspiration from a wide variety of perspectives. We abhor violence of any kind.

Sadly. We know as well it is essential to have armed resistance against fascistic forces as they are exceptionally good at violence. They make us all scared. Yet we must resist and assist those dying as I write this….In the best way we can….

The credits are above we have been doing this line up for 8 years in all. Aide Hardy who recorded and produced and mixed. Did his very best to make us shine. He is a trooper. A carer. A character. A musician who does like our music and knows me and how I live. A labor of love.

Always be aware the work is not easy. It requires much time and effort and faith and belief.

Many talk about fighting oppression and have their brilliant sound bites. They are also very good at telling others how caring and loving they are and how much money they send to various causes. I am sure a few are genuine. In this entertainment industry. Most are not honest.

Those who help me do charity work in essence.

There is no pay out there is no structure as such. I simply write songs and try and get good musicians to play the songs. Then we record the songs.

Another chap who always believes in me music and continues to send me love is me man Junior. He managed to get me to sing on a couple of tracks over the years. Always supports all me musical adventures.

Who are both amazing. We have been at it a while. The “Dr” violinist viola and the “Lisa Simpson of the band” or the one more “Real” then I. The “Dr” has done three albums with I. Then mr Dortmund who is percussion /drums and positive attitude. He has done two albums of that folk sound. Blah blah etc etc ………….8 years in all.

Thanks as well to all who made it to our show’s this year 2025. Above is community establishment Bristol ends. That was the last show for this year for that unit. Superb it was. Support independent venues who try and support independent music.

Time spent with me is never easy. I am not Easy E either. Easy E is a hero of mine. He was a true character. Rest in peace those long gone. Their music lives on.

The P word. Many words and places begin with P. A interesting acronym. I know those who have cried themselves to sleep the last two years. Of course there are many worthy causes. S could be another one. Or lets say there is also the I word. If one combines the two the P and the I. Then in this wonderful democracy and the United Kingdom. One could be locked up for speaking about those places.
