Friendship comes on many levels. The above picture is one of me true friends with his daughter and his grandchild. That level of friendship is like a true love once or twice in a lifetime. If you are lucky. Some do lie to their selves because I guarantee most have not even come close to that. Real friends express their ideas and can disagree. There is a sharing of things a passing of knowledge. Friends who like you for real dont laugh with your enemies or pretend that’s OK. As a elder now I am always checking how I live and how I have lived.

They invited me out the other day in London they were supporting skatalites. A band that’s been going for sixty years. Naturally there are no original members but some humans who may have played with the original sett up. Of course those that know ska Music will know the skatalites. One of the genres we love but those familiar with me wil know I love most music and its folk roots.

The above song is a song for what I was talking about earlier someone who never turned his back on me. Someone who I annoyed and upset countless times but he never turned his back on me. Never allowed anyone to make joke of me. So please have a look at who you consider a true friend. If you can find one or two then you are truly lucky. That song was improvised piece of music with Fab Da Foot on bass who also is a friend of our friend Junior. Fab Da Foot is pictured above with his dear friend T.

Also when we was learning Reggae it was explicitly expressed that we have to know the ROOTS. So I was made aware that cultural theft is common and those who built the western Empire are no different. Facts speak for their selves. That tends to be true the world over. The world is very unjust and unfair. So that’s why we dance and why we Rock and Roll and why how we use music is to give a remedy and healing in this world. That’s Edutainment.
