In this Great British Empire which is connected to other Empires we have seen the NHS being smashed care homes closed places to look after the most sensitive shut down. That’s in the last thirty years All we did was raise a curse word or two/some were told you are “exaggerating”…it seems we were “underestimating”or simply we got scared ” Let the managers manage (we be all right we can escape have 3 holidays a year pretend its all OK)”- “Harsh but fair”- As Mr.Bridges would say, Were the words I used in the opening seem a bit far fetched??? Love is at the heart of all things for me and you thought Love was weak or somehow I did not mean what I said to you. Sorry ask “Uncle Ron” some of you doubted he even existed he is on every street and he is a ancient truth self discipline and self hood.

Make a proper society and we can all have a dance and shake our booties to sound of harmony and where no children are being treated unjustly just because of where they are born and who their parents are and how much they earn.

Above me dear mother who has championed the causes of women the oppressed for all her life. She has stood up whilst others ran. Many mothers from other worlds and not part of the regal British bloodline have worked tirelessly for the better good. Believing in the British Empire and that it would look after their blood sweat and tears. Believing in the greater good. They did the jobs the great British would not do. To this day it is the same. Whether they are from Ecuador or Hungary or Chinese or African 99% are working extremely hard.

Like another “super mum” pictured above they still have a laugh. Bless them and those who are younger generation please don’t step up to me or those like me with words and ideas that were uttered by “the great British” all those years ago to upset or deride or to putt down. My moral imperative is to speak the truth and live the truth All man women raised.

The reason we do what we do. I am every other week getting emails and messages from happy couples and happier individuals about how my music is helping them. That album above also has two other songs which were made into a video by James Dear who also is into healing and solving addiction issues and also straight talking. As expressed many times the difference between pop and mainstream is how its visualised and how its brought forth to you. We could have made it easy for you by separating the two songs. LOVE is sad and happy jubilant and ecstatic and lott’s of in betweens. We live in the real. Of course in that video there are many happy coincidences like in life. Also we recognise as always in that video indigenous peoples and first world nations. Equal rights and justice is a mustice. That’s me and those that came before as we danced around the fire. Truth will always win.

Throughout our career my text and words mean something to people. To me that’s the greatest compliment. Thank you again. I have deliberately avoided many traps and trappings of fame to be myself. Many trap stars out there. They are not me and i am not them. But good luck to those who make that choice. Its simple. Its your choice. To build or to destroy. Or simply annoy(joke). We have also had peoples talk about how music has stopped them from harming others and self harming and suicide. That’s what creative and dreamers and idealists do that’s our job.

But i do love modern western pop music and it inspires me and if it was not for the likes of Marvin Gaye Curtis Mayfield Al Green James Brown Sam Cooke Aretha franklin Beatles Bob Dylan Joni Mitchell Stax Motown there would not be a Babar. when one has integrity. That’s the long distant runner. It means one will go against the grain. Integrity is not a populist brand. That light that blinds you and no matter what or how thick ones shades it cuts through. Be each others light guide protect be gentle. Empathy humility that “feeling”one has when one has done selfless acts. When one has not barked back. When one has helped without being asked. On a sunny day in London Joe said “come over sometime” so i did, no fanfare no entourage just couple of chaps doing what brings joy. Music like love is another realm. It transcends. Four of the five songs on this ep/album are from a character called John Brute. That’s me “ziggy stardust”those who are aware of David Bowie’s alter ego which is a fictional character. This “technique” is to allow me to speak honestly about what and who and how. You know what I mean? Underict? Samajghei? A gentle and honest device as it is art and music. It is designed to evoke emotions. It is entertainment. To make you happy to make you smile to make you feel.

The first song on that ep/album is ,You by my side, the story in the song is about unrequited love and a man who returns after many years to his”true love” He explains the behaviour and the culture of his past. The foolish lifestyles and bravado. Living in impoverished environments. Where its all war. All argument. All ways and means to distract from what is important. Sadly many humans have to face a world of injustice and inequality from a young age. Again it is a love song he has been away he is ok she is ok he is letting her know how he feels. They have grown up. They have lived and loved. Another opportunity is there….

Track 2 /Hot Shotta is about the cycles of so called criminality. Where those who are cast out are left to rot. The constant vile institutions that make young men/women a puppet. The injustice that’s so sad. I have seen so many families destroyed . Again some are very strong and can find a way out. Most dont. The prison system like most penal systems destroys communities and lives. Especially if you are from outside the “regal” bloodlines. There is very little success. These ideas are sold to the young as a way to be. Violent and the stupid dance their macabre dance whilst those who could make a change dont. Those who believe in the “justice system” work within it to make it viable.There are many who work within the system and they do do good works. In the song a elder is reprimanding the young. Justice and morality are ever changing as society changes. In the song i rap in Urdu/Punjabi/Jamaican patio …as many from the subcontinent and the British empire are incarcerated as we speak. One of the jobs of the Empire infact any Empire is to keep maintain control over those who may overthrow it.

track 3 /You wanna be like me? This song talks about how most men/women who build Empires realise from the start its a lonely business. That’s why so many leaders and G’s i witnessed when young ended up alone and by their selves. As a way of making sure all things run to schedule. Or simply all those that have loved them have gone or were driven away.. In this song there is hope because “Love can conquer all” . The lyrics talk about the reality of these lives. I was blessed to have good “guidance” to steer me away from the “clichés” and the eventual “submission” to the system. The residue that remains is devilish enough If one knows those types best to leave alone.

Track 4 is a love song called Awoken. Also the title of this slog/blog. This song honestly talks about addictions and how they control our choices. And those that truly love us will want us to be free from any “addictions” apart from the “loving”….hmmm…. Many I have witnessed miss great opportunities because they have “vices” and those “vices” come with circles. So many lives are destroyed and so much love is not enjoyed. This song is a happy song. It is a success story. I have seen many success stories and how people can live with real love. Good conclusions and good works.

The Last song on this ep “sessions with Joe” which was released 2020 is called Spaceship -That song is song for the Integrity and wisdom and where we all need to be and to remember how far we have come. To also be aware how far we have to go. All the reasons why we are so far from where we want to be in this world. Are obvious to most of us. If we can with honesty and integrity try and try and try again We don’t have to “submit” we can build a better future. This will require team effort. This will also mean many things we want and have we might have to let go. Self sacrifice for the greater good. To build a world that’s better for all the children.
